Bryanna earned her Bachelors Degree from Gonzaga University in Journalism and received a Masters in Human Nutrition from Bridgeport University. She is a certified Personal Trainer with ACE (American Council on Exercise) and a NAASFP (North American Academy of Sports Fitness Professionals) certified Run Coach. Bryanna has worked for a number of years providing nutritional counseling to a variety of clients, as well as coaching individuals in fitness and running. She also coaches high school and middle school Cross Country, as well as Track and Field. Bryanna began her career with coaching and Nutrition in Washington state, before moving to Texas. She is an avid marathon runner, competing locally, regionally and nationally. She spends her time enjoying her husband and 3 children, running, creating healthy recipes and writing on her blog.





Matthew Daniels

Matt was born and raised in Duncanville, Texas. After graduating from Lighthouse Christian Academy in 2003, he attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU), where I played basketball and received my B.S. in Education in 2008. 

Matt then took a teaching position at Waxahachie Preparatory Academy (WPA) while also assisting with the men’s basketball team and directing intramural for SAGU (2008-2009).

He spent 1 year teaching at a public charter school In 2009-2010 teaching social studies, and PE. From 2011- 2016 and served as an Assistant Principal for Newman International Academy, at the secondary level. Currently, Matt is working as high school mentor, and the Parent Engagement Liaison for the high school campuses at Newman Academy.

He is married the love of his life, Kelani Daniels, and they've been married for 10 years. God has blessed them with three daughters (Elizabeth, Anna, and Eden) and one son (Nathanael). Matt love to spend time with my family, working out, cooking, and helping people become who they were destined to be.
